The Belvedere Park and White Oak Hills community-oriented Security Patrol is led by Officer Pierre. He is a valued member of the Neighborhood Enforcement Team & Dekalb County Police Department. Our Security Patrol contrasts reactive-policing approaches by focusing on establishing community relationships and obtaining an intimate knowledge of our neighborhood and it's unique dynamics. This means our officers are very aware of situations like: kids playing with fireworks in the park, survival crimes, violent crimes, and everything in between. They understand that substance abuse and mental health concerns are very much at play so they can professionally and safely interact without unnecessary escalation.

The more subscribers we have, the more patrol hours we can fund. If on patrol, our Officers are the first to respond to our 911 calls, assisting in faster response times. In addition, BP/WOH Private Security Patrol Subscribers can make vacation requests for the patrol officer to check on their property during their absence.

We send our deepest gratitude and appreciation to Officer Pierre, Dekalb PD, The NET, and everyone who works hard to make Belvedere Park and White Oak Hills safe for all our neighbors.
